Itanagar, Jan. 3 -- The Nirjuli Police on Friday arrested two alleged drug peddlers and recovered 19.23 grams of suspected heroin during a late-evening operation at Nirjuli Village-I.
Police on Saturday said the action was taken around 8 pm following specific information regarding illegal drug peddling in the area. A police team led by the Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Nirjuli Police Station, Inspector Tadu Hassang, conducted the operation under the supervision of Naharlagun SDPO Rishi Longdo.
