Jammu, Feb. 20 -- Lashing out at the dynasty rule for years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that the BJP government had scrapped Article 370 which was a ''wall'' between the country and J&K's development.
Addressing the public rally at the jampacked Maulana Azad Stadium here, Modi said "J&K is on the path of everlasting peace and development after scrapping the special status that had been blocked by the people who remained in power for seven decades."
