London, Dec. 14 -- Premier League leader Arsenal rode its luck with a dramatic 2-1 win at home to bottom of the table Wolverhampton Wanderers that assures it maintains its lead at thetop of the table, no matter what happens on Sunday.

Anyone expecting an easy win against the side that is rock bottom of the Premier League with just two points all season, would have been disappointed as Wolverhampton mounted a brave rearguard action.

It took a stroke of luck to put Arsenal ahead in the 70th minute on Saturday, when visiting goalkeeper, Sam Johnstone pushed Bukayo Saka's cross onto the post, only for it to bounceinto the net off his back.
