Vijayawada, July 20 -- YSRCP MP, PV Mithun Reddy, who was arrested in the liquor scam on Saturday night, was produced before the ACB Court judge here on Sunday. The court sent him to the judicial remand till August 1 and he was sent to the Rajahmundry central prison.
The police took the arrested MP Mithun Reddy to the Government General Hospital for medical examination. The doctors conducted the required medical examination and certified that he was healthy.
The SIT police shown 29 reasons to the court for arresting MP Mithun Reddy and cases were registered against him under sections 409, 420, 120 (B) red with, 34, 37, Prevention of Corruption Act 7, 7 (A) 8, 13(1) (B) 13(2) and he was the Accused 4 in the Rs 3,200 crore liquor scam.
