New Delhi, April 23 -- Amid one killed in Bengal, sporadic violence, technical glitches in Electronic Voting Machines and around 11 natural death while voting in Kerala, 66.76 per cent polling was recorded in 117 parliamentary constituencies spread across 13 states and two Union Territories in the third-phase of ongoing Lok Sabha polls.
