New Delhi, July 10 -- The Indian Army continued to extend critical support to civil administrations in Himachal Pradesh and the northeastern region as part of the ongoing Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) operations.

Following the recent floods in Mandi district, the Indian Army in close coordination with the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) and local authorities has deployed dedicated relief columns, the Indian Army said today.

The Indian Army columns have been mobilised across key locations, including Thunag, Bagsiad, and Pandoh.

Ongoing support at Thunag includes provision of first aid and distribution of ration kits to affected families.
