New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- Search operations were launched in the national Capital on Monday morning after two prominent schools, Army Public School Dhaula Kuan and Air Force Bal Bharti School (Lodhi Road), received bomb threat emails.

Teams from Delhi Police, the bomb disposal squad, dog squad and Delhi Fire Services were immediately pressed into service, with thorough checks being carried out on the premises to ensure the safety of students and staff.

As a safety precaution, the surroundings of both schools were sealed off, with access restricted to safeguard students, staff and visitors.
