Itanagar, March 21 -- The Indian Army on Friday organized a Spearhead Seminar 2025 at the Likabali Military Station in Lower Siang district, involving senior military officials, policymakers, academicians, and local dignitaries intending to shed light on Arunachal Pradesh's strategic importance, development trajectory, and security challenges.
