Jammu, July 18 -- A division bench of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will hear a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the arms licence scam case on August 7.
Sources said the court comprising chief justice Arun Palli and justice Rajnesh Oswal has directed the registry to list the PIL titled Sheikh Mohd. Shafi and another v/s Union of India and Others on August 7 as the matter could not be considered earlier due to the paucity of time.
