Kyrgyzstan, June 30 -- Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry said on Monday.

"Armenian Foreign Minister Mirzoyan will not attend," a spokesman told journalists.

The Kyrgyz city of Cholpon-Ata is hosting the CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers on Monday. The organization's member states include Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan. Armenia suspended its participation in the CSTO in February 2024.
