Buenos Aires, Oct. 24 -- Argentine President Javier Milei has appointed economist Pablo Quirno as foreign minister, the president's office announced on Thursday.
Quirno will replace incumbent Foreign Minister Gerardo Werthein, who "has submitted his resignation, effective Monday, Oct. 27," the office said in a press release.
