Ambedkar NagarAmbedkar Nagar, Sept. 8 -- Congress Legislative Party (CLP) leader Aradhana Mishra 'Mona' has strongly demanded the formation of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe the shocking and mysterious abductions of dozens of girls in Uttar Pradesh's Ambedkar Nagar district.
Citing official records, Mishra highlighted that 56 girls have been reported missing in the past one month across 18 police stations, including Akbarpur Kotwali, Malipur, Jalalpur, Ahirauli, Baskhari, and Jaitpur. Most of the victims reportedly belong to Scheduled Castes and economically weaker sections, raising serious concerns about targeted exploitation and police inaction.
