Simdega, Sept. 8 -- The District Employment Exchange, Simdega, today organised a Pradhan Mantri Apprenticeship Mela at Government ITI Simdega under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Training, Ranchi.
As many as 25 students from different trades registered themselves on the apprenticeship portal during the programme. Officials said such melas are organised from time to time to inform youth about the Apprenticeship Act and to create opportunities by coordinating with employers.
