Itanagar, June 3 -- The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) has expressed profound grief over the loss of lives and the widespread destruction caused by incessant rain-triggered landslides and flash floods across the state.
According to the State Emergency Operation Center (SEOC), Department of Disaster Management, so far 12 people have lost their lives in rain-related incidents across the state, including seven people in East Kameng when their vehicle was swept away at the Bana-Seppa stretch of NH-13 by a massive landslide, plunging it into a deep gorge.
