Kadapa, July 25 -- Andhra Pradesh police seized 14 red sander logs which were being transported illegally in a car and arrested two smugglers at Nagulapalli village of Kadapa district today.
Sub-Inspector Chinna Peddayya told the media in Chapadu police station that the police found the red sanfer logs while checking vehicles.
The police seized the 14 logs weighing 281 KGs, worth Rs 15 lakh in the open market. The police also seized the car and arrested Boya Kumar and Boya Kishore. However, three of the red sander smugglers managed to escape in the incident and a search was launched to nab them.
