Vijayawada, Nov. 19 -- YSR Congress party official spokesperson Karumuru Venkata Reddy was arrested by the Tadipatri police on Tuesday in Hyderabad for making "obnoxious comments" against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Police said that YSRCP leader Karumuru Venkata Reddy made obnoxious comments against Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu while participating in a TV debate a couple of days ago.
Telugu Desam party leader Prasad Naidu lodged a complaint with the Tadipatri police against the YSRCP leader for making derogatory and provoking comments. The Tadipatri police arrested the YSRCP leader in an apartment at Kukatpally in Hyderabad. He will be produced before the court in Kadapa district, police said.
