Vijayawada, April 18 -- A wordy duel took place between Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan and popular film actor Prakash Raj over the women's reservation bill.

Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan,who is also a popular Telugu cinema hero, said on Saturday that a historic opportunity to strengthen women's representation in India's legislatures has been deliberately blocked by the opposition.
