Vijayawada, Jan. 11 -- The ASTRAM (Actionable Intelligence for Sustainable Traffic Management), the visionary and citizen-centric traffic management initiative conceived by the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, S V Rajashekhara Babu, has been conferred the SKOCH Award 2025 - Gold Category under Police & Safety, recognising excellence in governance and public service delivery.
The award has been instituted by the SKOCH group, a thinktank and research oriented consultancy service.
