Kadapa, Oct. 4 -- Police have busted a spurious liquor brewing racket, seizing liquor, spirit, equipment, and material worth Rs 1.75 crore, and arresting 10 people at Mulakalacheruvu village in the Thamballapalle Assembly constituency of Annamayya district.
Annamayya District Superintendent of Police (SO) Madhusudhan, Kadapa Divisional ASO Jagaraju, and Excise Assistant Commissioner V. Chandrasekhar Reddy addressed a media conference here today.
Assistant Commissioner Chandrasekhar Reddy said that based on a tip-off, the excise and police teams conducted a raid.
