Kakinada, July 11 -- Sanitation workers owing allegiance to the AP Municipal workers union staged a dharna in front of the Collectorate here today demanding regularisation of the services of the APCOS (AP Corporation for outsourcing) workers.
They raised slogans demanding implementation of Rs 26,000 as minimum wage, extension of facilities such as pension, gratuity to retired APCOS workers and providing of employment to the family members of the retired or deceased workers.
