AP: Rich tributes paid to Ahilyabai Holker on her 300th birth anniversary

Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), April 17 -- Rich tributes were paid to the memory of Ahilyabai Holker, the great woman who strived for protection of Hindu Dharma, at a function held at the Pydah Chalamaiah Kalyana Mandapam here on Thursday to mark her 300 birth anniversary.

BJP spokeswoman and AP State Civil Supplies Corporation Director Tummala Padmaja Kamala Chaired the function.

Regional Director of School Education G Nagamani, who was the chief guest, has exhorted the womenfolk to emulate Ahilyabai Holker in preserving our great hindu culture and family bondage.
