Vijayawada, Sept. 16 -- YSR Congress Party, the principal Opposition in Andhra Pradesh, has announced a statewide programme titled 'Chalo Medical College' on September 19 to oppose the Naidu-led coalition Government's decision to privatise the ten new government medical colleges established during YSRCP's tenure.
