Vijayawada, Aug. 14 -- YSRCP senior leader and MLC Lella Appi Reddy has strongly criticized the conduct of the Pulivendula and Ontimitta ZPTC by-elections, highlighting unprecedented malpractice and systemic failures under the current Chandrababu Naidu government.
He criticized that the two Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituency (ZPTC) by-elections witnessed schemes and manipulations never seen before, resulting in the murder of democracy and the collapse of institutional integrity.
