Anakapalli, Nov. 12 -- Andhra Pradesh Home Minister V Anitha has reiterated that the drug menace including Ganja, is being curbed efficiently in the State.
The Home Minister flagged off a cycle rally in Payakaraopeta of the district. The cycle rally was taken up by the police of five districts to create awareness against the consumption of drugs in the State on Wednesday.
Addressing the gathering on the occasion, the Home Minister highlighted the Government had set up 'Elite Anti-Narcotics Group for Law Enforcement (EAGLE)' wing, especially to check the drugs and Ganja menace in the State.
She emphasized the need of sensitizing students of schools and colleges on the ill effects of drugs. She called upon students not to spoil their lives...
