Visakhapatnam, Dec. 26 -- To ensure a comfortable journey and manage the extra passenger rush during the Pongal festival, East Coast Railway (ECoR) on Friday announced the extension of weekly special trains on major routes.
Bhubaneswar - Yesvantpur Weekly Special (02811/02812): 02811 Bhubaneswar to Yesvantpur will depart Saturdays at 19:15 hrs from 3 January to 21 February 2026, reaching Yesvantpur at 00:15 hrs the next day, the railway said in a release here.
02812 Yesvantpur to Bhubaneswar will depart Mondays at 04:30 hrs from 5 January to 23 February 2026, arriving in Bhubaneswar at 12:15 hrs.
Key stops include Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, Duvvada, Vijayawada, Dharmavaram, and Yelahanka.
