Vijayawada, Sept. 14 -- The fourth Collectors' conference will be held for two days starting from tomorrow at the AP Secretariat, focusing on civic services and implementation of welfare schemes to make the officials answerable to people.
As per the schedule on the first day, a presentation will be given on GSDP. The district Collectors will submit their presentations on the progress of primary sectors, including agriculture, industries, service sector and tourism and housing sectors.
