Rajamahendravaram, March 12 -- The death toll in the adulterated milk incident has risen to 13 as one more victim succumbed in a hospital while undergoing treatment here on Thursday.
DMHO Dr. K Venkateswara Rao told the media that one of the adulterated milk victims Bandaru Veeralakshmi (60) died today while undergoing treatment with acute kidney failure. He said that seven victims are still undergoing treatment in various hospitals. He added that the best medical treatment is being administered to them.
