Kakinada, Dec. 22 -- The workers of CPI and Andhra Pradesh Vyavasaya Karmika Sangham jointly staged a novel dharna sitting on their knees in front of the Gandhi statue raising slogans demanding abolition of the Viksit Bharat G Ram G Bill brought in to replace the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA).

Prior to that, they staged a protest march from Ramaraopeta center to Gandhi Park half naked.
