Kakinada , Dec. 18 -- District BC welfare Deputy director Lally, senior assistant Karapu Surya Siva Prasad and retired warden Yadala Satyanarayana were caught red handed by the officials of the Anti corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday while they were accepting a bribe of Rs.40,000 from the complainant Geddada Chakravarty of Adavipeta village of Katrenikona mandal for pension settlement and a compassionate appointment to his brother.
