Kadapa, July 31 -- The RSSADJ court sentenced 10 red sander smugglers to five years imprisonment on Thursday.
RSSADJ court Judge Narasimha Murthy convicted 10 red sander smugglers to five years rigorous imprisonment and also imposed Rs 6 lakh fine each on them.
The red sander smugglers were arrested and a case was registered under Crime Number 59/2019. The convicted smugglers were apprehended when they were transporting red sander logs at Perumallapalli village under TAN Palem forest section in NVNV forest division.
