Singapore, July 29 -- In a major step to empower India's burgeoning creator economy, the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with YouTube and Tezaract USA Inc. to establish a Creator Academy in the state.

The development happened during the third day of the AP government delegation's visit to Singapore. The MoU was formalized in the presence of the state IT Minister, Nara Lokesh, at the Shangri-La Hotel.
