Vijayawada/New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Education, IT and Electronics Nara Lokesh, who is on a visit to the National Capital called on Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at the latter's residence on Wednesday.
Lokesh explained in detail to Rajnath about the developmental activities undertaken after the TDP-led NDA came to power in the state.
The IT Minister made an appeal to the Union Minister to set up a defence cluster in Andhra Pradesh and sought the Centre's cooperation to establish some units in the state against the backdrop of huge investments in the defence sector which will generate large scale employment opportunities for the youth.
