Vijayawada, Aug. 22 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for MSME and SERP Kondapalli Srinivas has made it clear that the social security pensions are not being cancelled to the eligible beneficiaries.
Addressing a press conference in the Secretariat at Amaravati, near here on Friday, the Minister said there is no question of cancelling social security pensions to the eligible beneficiaries and asked people not to trust the misleading campaign being made by the Opposition party.
"The government is committed to implement the NTR Bharosa social security pension scheme efficiently. The government has taken the implementation of NTR Bharosa pension scheme as prestigiously and allocated over Rs 33,000 crore for the scheme," the Minister reaffirmed.
