Governor of Andhra Pradesh Abdul Nazeer paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi on his 156th birth anniversary and Lal Bahadur Shastri, former Prime Minister on his 121st birth anniversary, by offering flowers to their portraits at a programme held at Durbar Hall in Raj Bhavan here on Thursday.
