Vijayawada, Aug. 10 -- Andhra Pradesh deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Panchayat Raj K Pawan Kalyan has directed the officials concerned to expedite the construction of roads under the 'Adavithalli Bata' programme in tribal areas.
The deputy Chief Minister held a teleconference with the officials including Panchayat Raj principal secretary, Commissioner and engineering officials on Sunday.
The deputy Chief Minister instructed the officials to continuously monitor the construction of roads, conduct departmental reviews once in two weeks and submit a report on the progress of construction.
