Vijayawada, Dec. 2 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu directed the officials to explore the potential of setting up a metal cluster in North Andhra to foster value addition to mining products through exports and domestic usage. Naidu said that a metal cluster in the region will provide much required support and boost to the rapid industrialisation of Visakhapatnam.
The Chief Minister held a review meeting with the officials on mining activity in the State and stressed the need for strengthening AP Mineral Development Corporation.
