Eluru, March 27 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has assured of completing the rehabilitation of displaced families of the Polavaram project before November 2027 and the complete the project works by December 2027.
The Chief Minister inspected the construction works of Polavaram major irrigation project, being constructed across the Godavari River at Polavaram village in Eluru district on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister regretted that due to delay in completing the project, costs had escalated significantly.
