Vijayawada, March 26 -- The Andhra Pradesh government has announced Rs 5 lakh ex gratia to the families of those who were killed in the bus accident.
Home Minister V Anitha, Transport Minister M Ramprasad Reddy, DGP Harsha Kumar Gupta, District Collector Rajababu and SP Harshavardhan Raju visited the scene of accident and ill-fated vehicles at Rayavaram village in Markapuram district on Thursday and also visited the injured at the hospital.
Home Minister Anitha told the media that so far 13 people have lost their lives in the bus and tipper collision and 28 others suffered injuries.
