Vijayawada, March 25 -- Andhra Pradesh Principal Finance Secretary Peeyush Kumar on Tuesday highlighted that Andhra Pradesh State has devised a one-year action plan, estimated the necessary resources and set clear targets. Addressing the Collector's conference at Amaravati near here, Secretary Peeyush Kumar presented the Swarnandhra Vision and GSDP growth strategy, outlining a structured approach to development that has said that aims to achieve 15 percent growth per annum.
