Kakinada, May 1 -- Kakinada District collector Shan Mohan felicitated Tenth class toppers from both mandal, district and state level at a special function held at the collectorate here on Thursday .
Addressing the students and their parents as the Chief Guest, the Collector advised them to maintain the same tempo in further studies and reach new heights.
He has specially complemented Bhashyam school student Yalla Nehanjani who topped in the state by scoring 600 marks against 600 marks in the March 2025 tenth class public exam.
