Visakhapatnam, Aug. 23 -- The Vizag food festival will be held here on September 5, 6 and 7 on the MRDA-MGM grounds here.
District Collector Harindhra Prasad told the media here on Saturday that during the three-day food festival national and intercontinental dishes would be showcased.
The Collector said that the main objective was to promote the Vizag brand name popularized at the national, continental level. The local traditional food items and sweets from local and also from north Andhra districts are placed in the stalls. The food festival is organized by the APTDC, Tours and Travels, hotelier, restaurant, and event management associations.
