Chittoor, Sept. 22 -- Swarna Naravaripalli, located in Chittoor district, won SKOCH award for achieving solar rooftops on every household and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday congratulated the officials for the feat.
Swarna Naravaripalli, earned a reputation for installing solar panels on the rooftops of every household and won the prestigious SKOCH award. The award was presented at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, where District Collector Dr Venkateswar S received it along with APSPDCL SE Surendra Naidu. The officials succeeded in installing solar panels for solar energy on the rooftops of over 1600 hours at the village.
