Kakinada, Feb. 2 -- Senior Kapu leader and former Minister Mudragada Padmanabham on Monday launched a sharp attack on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, accusing the government of deliberately targeting the Kapu community.

In a strongly worded letter, Mudragada said his own family had been targeted in the past and alleged that similar "humiliations" are now being inflicted on the family of former minister Ambati Rambabu.

He questioned the propriety of what he described as selective action against Kapu leaders and asked whether such an administration exists anywhere in the country.
