Kakinada, Dec. 13 -- The Kakinada city police have successfully nabbed a seven-member gang involved in lifting of motorcycles and recovered from them 29 motorcycles stolen from various places valued at Rs.14.50 lakhs.
Disclosing the details of the arrest to media persons at his chambers here on Friday, Superintendent of Police Garikipati Bindu Madhav said among the seven accused arrested four were receivers of the stolen property.
He said the stolen motorcycles recovered pertains to twenty cases - eighteen under Kakinada One Town police station limits, one under Kakinada Three Town police station limits and another under Pedapudi police station limits.
