Ongole, July 21 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Energy Gottipati Ravikumar inaugurated the newly constructed 33/11 KV sub-station at Venkateswara colony, near here, on Monday.
The 33/11 KV sub-station was set up at a cost of Rs 4.80 crore. The Minister inaugurated the sub-station accompanied by MLA Damacharla Janardhan Rao and Vijay Kumar.
The Minister also laid the foundation stone for the construction works of Revamp Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). The RDSS works will be taken up at a cost of Rs 10.50 crore and for the establishment of 33/11 KV sub-station at Housing board colony. The 33/11 KV sub-station would be constructed at a cost of Rs 3.80 crore.
