Kakinada, May 18 -- Devotees from Kothapeta have presented a golden `SATHAARI" (Sathagopam) costing Rs.30 lakhs to Sri Vigneshwara, the presiding deity of the famous temple at Ayinavilli.
The devotees Venkata Krishnamraju and Durgavati, along with their son Venkata Surya Subbaraju and daughter-in-law Swetha have presented the Golden Sathaari made with 369 grams of gold .
The temple priests and the executive officer have received the Sathaari from the donors at a brief function held at the temple premises on Sunday .
Later the priests amidst vedic hymns performed Paduka Samprokshana and honoured the donors with sesha vastrams.
Temple executive officer presented the donors the photo of Sri Vighneswera.
