Amalapuram, Jan. 6 -- The flames at the ONGC drilling site at Irusumanda village of Malikipuram mandal in Konaseema district have subsided to some extent, the oil company said on Tuesday.
District Collector Mahesh Kumar said that over 550 people living at Goodapalli, Irusumanda and Lakkavaram villages were shifted to two relief centres as a precautionary measure.
