Tirupati, Sept. 17 -- YSRCP senior leader and former Chairman of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Bhumana Karunakar Reddy was issued a notice by the police in connection with his comments on the idol of a deity.
Sub-inspector of police Ajita went to the house of Karunakar Reddy here today and issued him a notice under 41A asking him to attend before the police in the DSP office. Mr.Reddy told the police that he would attend before them on September 23.
TTD Ex-Chairman and former MLA Karunakar Reddy made controversial and inciting comments on an idol of a deity which he alleged was lying amid garbage at Alipiri near here.
