Visakhapatnam, Sept. 23 -- East Coast Railway, General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal, conducted a comprehensive inspection of Visakhapatnam Railway Station on Tuesday, during which he reviewed passenger facilities, station cleanliness, and ongoing development initiatives.
During his visit Funkwal inspected crucial passenger service points such as the Passenger Reservation Office, General Booking Office, Capsule Hotel, and various catering outlets. He interacted with frontline staff and service providers to obtain direct feedback on passenger services, crowd management strategies, and the delivery of amenities.
