Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), Feb. 19 -- Mr. CSRK Prasad has assumed charge as the new Vice Chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) at a simple function held at the University on Wednesday.
Later interacting with the Registrar, directors, campus colleges principals and teaching and non-teaching staff, he sought their cooperation in further development of the University.
The new VC asked them to formulate the vision document reflecting the ideals of Vikasit Bharat of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Swarna Andhra Pradesh -2047 of the AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
He also wanted them to collectively strive for taking the university to top 100 in NIRF rankings and for achieving better NBA ranking. `The...
